Now to sit back and watch them raise theres with the same values, morals etc. it is ..UMM..Amazing.
I agree..my grandchildren will come to me and talk about certain things before they will there parents.Grandparents have little secrets from the parents..of course nothing that they need to worry about.
Lisa Simpkins said… Hey Terry,
My oldest daughter is a CNA and has been working for the same company now for 12 years. She makes good money..about $17.00 an hour.My 18 year old is married to a military man and a stay at home Mom.She is planning on returning to school with her NOW newborn does to headstart.MY 11 year old has time but plans to be a Police Officer..(I Hope his dreams come true). It is good that your boys are focused..there are so many who go bad and turn to the life of crime, drugs etc.
Being a grandparent is so different that being a parent..I love it.They are very special..different than your own children. It is hard to explain..you will see when your own are born...lol

My oldest is 33 with three children and my youngest is still at home..he is 11.My middle daughter will be 18 June 12.I am also blessed with 4 grandchildren so I have family here.
So you have an 18 year old..how old is the youngest one? They don't think at this age..LOL
Lisa Simpkins said… I can relate to that Terry..
For the longest time we weren't this close. The thing I have now is that my kids don't have grandparents. And on certain occasions they need grandparents but they have none.
I can relate!!
